Huber Chasing Fifth Dubai Doubles Crown

Top seeds Liezel Huber and Lisa Raymond reached the final of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships on Friday with a 6-3, 6-2 win over fourth seeds Nuria Llagostera Vives and Anastasia Rodionova.
In a dominant display, the Americans dropped just eight points on serve and broke their opponents three times to claim victory in 61 minutes. The 35-year-old Huber is a four-time former champion in Dubai, having won the title three successive years with Cara Black from 2007-2009 and reclaiming the trophy last year with Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez.
In Saturday’s final, Huber and Raymond will face second seeds Sania Mirza and Elena Vesnina, who battled past Su-Wei Hsieh and Shuai Peng 6-2, 6-7(5), 13-11 in one hour and 39 minutes in the evening session.
