The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships (20th February - 3rd March 2012) offers spectators three different ticket-buying options, all of which are subject to availability:

Grandstand Tickets
Grandstand tickets are available at the Dubai Tennis Stadium Box office, Garhoud, from January 16th 2012. Box Office timings are as follows:
• 16th January - 3rd March 2012 9am to 9pm daily

From January 16th 2012, Grandstand tickets are also available through the Time Out Tickets online at www.timeouttickets.com.

All Grandstand seats are free seating except for dedicated Media seating and Sponsor’s areas.

Grandstand Ticket Prices

Prime A

Men's Week Prime A SOLD OUT. Some tickets still available for Women's Week.

Prime A seats are the first two rows of seating located around Centre Court.

Prime A seats in the North stand (facing the Royal Box) are the only pre-allocated seats i.e. fixed seat numbers.

Prime A seats in the East and West stands offer free seating within these designated areas with the exception of the branded Sponsor Seating.

All Prime A seats are sold on a Season and Super Season basis as follows:
Season Tickets – Women’s week (6 days) – Dhs. 1,900.00
Season Tickets – Men’s week (6 days) – Dhs. 1,900.00
Super Season – Women and Men’s week (12 days) – Dhs. 3,800.00

Prime A seats can only be booked through ddftc2012@ddf.ae.

Prime B

Men's Week Prime B SOLD OUT. Some tickets still available for Women's Week.

Prime B seats are located in the centre of the North stand.

Prime B seats are sold on a Season and Super Season basis as follows:
Season Tickets – Women’s week (6 days) – Dhs. 1,350.00
Season Tickets – Men’s week (6 days) – Dhs. 1,350.00
Super Season – Women and Men’s week (12 days) – Dhs. 2,700.00

Prime B seats provide free seating on a first come, first served basis at the middle section of the North Stand.

Prime B seats are sold at the Dubai Tennis Stadium Box office.

N.B. Restrictions on the number of tickets to be purchased:

• Grandstand – maximum 4 tickets per person per day
• Grandstand – maximum 10 tickets per company at one time only (Requirements to bring along at the Box Office – Letter from the company authorising the purchase and copy of the Trade License)
• Prime A with or without hospitality – maximum 4 Season/Super Season tickets per person
• Prime A with or without hospitality – maximum 6 Season/Super Season tickets per company
• Prime B with or without hospitality – maximum 10 Season/Super Season tickets per company
• Prime B with or without hospitality – maximum 4 Season/Super Season tickets per person
  

N. B Ticket Notes

• Ticketholders can also avail of seating on Court # 1, subject to availability.
• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may not be re-sold or transferred by anyone other than the organizers. On any unauthorized re-sale or transfer, tickets become null and void and the holder will be refused entry or ejected from the venue. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket advertised with the intent of reselling for profit or commercial gain.
• Tickets are valid for the day and date shown only.
• No refund of tickets in case of force majeure resulting in cancellation of matches or the event. The public will be notified accordingly in case of matches being carried over to the following day due to bad weather.
• Mobile phones and use of flash photography are not permitted while play is in progress.
• Video recording is forbidden at any time on Centre Court.
• Children aged 3 and above must have a ticket.
• Reserved seating for Prime A ticket holders in North Stand.
• Reserved seating for Prime A ticket holders for Sponsors and Sponsor guests in Sponsor-designated areas in the East and West Stands.
• Other Prime A ticket holders (East and West Stands) have free seating in areas NOT designated to Sponsors or Sponsor guests.
• Holder of Grandstand ticket is entitled to seating on a first come, first served basis at the East, West and corner seats of North Stand only.
• The public are prohibited from sitting in Grandstand seats designated for the ‘Media’ and ‘Sponsor
